第１図はこの考案による同軸形スタータの一実
施例を示す断面図、第２図はそのクラツチアウタ
ーの正面図、第３図は同クラツチアウターの半断
面図、第４図は従来の同軸形スタータを示す断面
図である。 図において、３は出力回転軸、４はピニオン、
６は電磁スイツチ、１０は遊星歯車式減速機構、
１０ｂは遊星歯車、２２は電機子、２２ａは電機
子回転軸、２２ｂは段部、３０はオーバーランニ
ングクラツチ、３０ａはクラツチアウター、３０
ｂはローラ、３１はピン、３５は軸受、３９は抜
き通し穴である。なお、各図中、同一符号は同一
または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 管状の電機子回転軸を有する電動機部を有し、
    機関のリングギヤと係合するピニオンを備えた出
    力回転軸が前記管状の電機子回転軸に前方から挿
    入され、前記電動機部の前方には、前記電機子回
    転軸と前記出力回転軸の間に、前記電機子回転軸
    の回転を減速する遊星歯車式減速機構とローラ式
    オーバーランニングクラツチとからなる駆動力伝
    達装置が設けられ、前記電動機部の後方には、前
    記出力回転軸のピニオンと前記機関のリングギヤ
    との結合・離脱をつかさどる電磁スイツチが設け
    られた同軸形スタータにおいて、前記オーバーラ
    ンニングクラツチのローラの数を前記遊星歯車式
    減速機構の遊星歯車の数と同数またはその整数倍
    とし、前記遊星歯車を支持するピンを前記オーバ
    ーランニングクラツチのクラツチアウターに設け
    た抜き通し穴に嵌合させるとともに、前記クラツ
    チアウターを前記電機子回転軸の先端部で軸受を
    介して支持したことを特徴とする同軸形スタータ
    。
