Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 炉壁開口部の炉外側に筐体を設け、前記炉壁開
    口部と対向する該筐体の面に透明のシール材より
    なる計測窓を設け、前記筐体にパージガスを流入
    し前記透明のシール材を炉内から汚染に対し保護
    する炉内計測窓パージ装置において、前記透明の
    シール材の周囲に均等にパージガスを流入する流
    入手段と、該流入手段からパージガスを前記透明
    のシール材の周囲よりその内表面にほぼ平行に流
    出する第１流出手段と、該第１流出手段より前記
    炉壁開口部側に設けられ、前記流入手段の周囲か
    らパージガスを前記炉壁開口方向に流出する第２
    流出手段を備えたことを特徴とする炉内計測窓パ
    ージ装置。
