Claims (1)
- 所定の高周波信号を出力する送信器と、前記高
周波信号により励振されて超音波を放射するとと
もにその反射波を電気信号に変換する圧電素子と
、超音波を集束するレンズと、前記反射波の電気
信号を受信して所定の処理を行なう受信器と、前
記送信器および前記受信器と前記圧電素子との間
に介在する分配器とを備えた超音波検査装置にお
いて、前記圧電素子と前記分配器との間に、前記
圧電素子の使用周波数と同じ共振周波数のフイル
タ、およびこのフイルタの両側に接続されたそれ
ぞれ３つの抵抗器の組合せより成るアツテネータ
で構成された整合器を設けたことを特徴とする超
音波検査装置。
