Claims (1)
- ポンプアクチユエータユニツト３と、これに着
脱可能に取付けられ吸込み口８ａ及び吐出口８ｂ
を有するポンプ吸込み・吐出用ユニツト１と、こ
れらのユニツト３，１間に設けられ吸込み側、吐
出側逆止弁９ａ，９ｂを有するポンプ弁座ユニツ
ト２とよりなり、ポンプアクチユエータユニツト
３は、ケーシング１０の内面に、被覆材１１によ
り被覆された圧電振動子１２の外周部を支持し、
この圧電振動子１２の電極１３ａ，１３ｂに接続
されたリード線１４ａ，１４ｂをケーシング１０
より引き出して構成した圧電ポンプ。
