- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 主スイツチングトランジスタがカツトオフした
時トランスの帰還巻線に誘起された出力巻線の電
圧と比例した電圧を、整流した後、一対の分圧抵
抗により分圧し、これを基準電圧と比較して、出
力電圧を一定に制御する一石式バツクブーストコ
ンバータの温度補正制御回路において、 出力電圧変動に影響する出力整流コンデンサの
温度変動に付随する容量変化を相殺するような基
準電圧を提供する温度補正機能をもつ素子を備え
ていることを特徴とする一石式バツクブーストコ
ンバータの温度補正制御回路。
