遅延回路と、前記誤差信号とほぼ同時にレベル変
動を生じるノンマスカブルインタラプト信号が入
力されることにより積算データを格納させる格納
指令を出し前記リセツト信号により格納されたデ
ータを読み出す読出指令を出力するマイクロプロ
セツサと、前記格納指令に基き前記内部カウンタ
の積算値がデータバスを介して格納されるＥＥＰ
ＲＯＭと、前記リセツト信号に関連して前記ＥＥ
ＰＲＯＭに格納された積算値を前記内部カウンタ
に復帰させることを特徴とする積算値バツクアツ
