Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流入側圧液の流入孔を形成する環状のシートが
    一端に固着されかつ他端が閉塞された筒状のケー
    シングと、一端部が大径に形成されて前記ケーシ
    ングの一端部内周に摺動自在に嵌合するほぼ円柱
    状のプランジヤと、一端側が小径に形成されかつ
    前記ケーシングの他端部内周と前記プランジヤの
    他端部外周との間に摺動自在に嵌合してケーシン
    グの他端との間に液室を形成する筒状の段付ピス
    トンと、この段付ピストンの外周の段部と前記ケ
    ーシングの内周の段部とにより形成される環状の
    高圧ダンピング室と、この高圧ダンピング室と前
    記液室とを連通させる連通路とを設け、前記プラ
    ンジヤに軸芯方向に沿う貫通孔を形成すると共に
    この貫通孔の任意の箇所を微細孔にして絞り部を
    形成し、前記段付ピストンの一端と前記プランジ
    ヤの一端部との間にばねを介装し、前記段付ピス
    トンの一端側の外径と前記流入孔の直径とをほぼ
    等しくしたことを特徴とするリリーフ弁。
