Claims (1)
- ポート間を連通する流路と交差して形成された
内孔にスプールを摺動自在に挿入し、該スプール
を移動させることにより前記流路の開口面積を変
化させて前記流路を通過する流体の流量を調整す
るようにしたリニアソレノイドバルブにおいて、
前記スプールの側面と対向する位置に、少なくと
も２本の脚部の基端を胴部で連結してなる振動体
と、該振動体に振動を付与する振動付与手段とか
ら構成される超音波リニアモータを、前記各脚部
が前記スプールの移動方向に並べられた状態で、
かつ前記各脚部の先端が前記スプールの側面と圧
接された状態で配設したことを特徴とするリニア
ソレノイドバルブ。
