駆動するドライバ論理部と、前記ドライバ論理部
の出力回路に並列に接続した電界効果トランジス
タおよび抵抗素子の直列回路と、前記電界効果ト
ランジスタと抵抗素子との間に二個所設けた測定
用端子とを有することを特徴とする半導体レーザ
ダイオード駆動用集積回路。
