のであるから、現実的でなく、子供の玩具的、ゲ
ーム的感があり、適切な消火訓練を実効せしめら
れるものとはいえないことが問題である。

訓練を実地に行い得られることを特色とするもの
であつて、この装置による消火訓練による一般大
衆の実感、体得も現実性に富み、又従つて訓練に
よる成果、即ち、消防上火災予防に対する認識度
を植えつけることや、消火器の取扱いを知得せし
める等にも役立つ等の効果があり、一般大衆、各
事業所等での消火訓練用に実効性あるものであ
る。
