の上に液状シリコンゴムにカーボン粉末を混合し
た混合物を塗布し硬化させた自己温度調節性の発
熱層を設け、これを電気絶縁性フイルムで覆い外
周を封止した発熱シートを、前記１対の電極に通
電可能に接続したリード線と共にクツシヨン内部
