各グループ毎に独立に固定するとともに、第１グ
ループのＰＴＣ発熱素子の他方の電極と第３グル
ープのＰＴＣ発熱素子の一方の電極とを第１電極
体に接続し、また第１グループおよび第２グルー
プのＰＴＣ発熱素子の一方の電極を第２電極体に
接続し、さらに第２グループおよび第３グループ
のＰＴＣ発熱素子の一方の電極を第３電極体に接
続し、さらにこれらのＰＴＣ発熱素子、ホルダー
および電極体の一部を電気的に絶縁性で熱伝導率
の良好な被覆材により包囲してなることを特徴と
