各グループ毎に独立に固定するとともに、第1グ
ループのPTC発熱素子の他方の電極と第3グル
ープのPTC発熱素子の一方の電極とを第1電極
体に接続し、また第1グループおよび第2グルー
プのPTC発熱素子の一方の電極を第2電極体に
接続し、さらに第2グループおよび第3グループ
のPTC発熱素子の一方の電極を第3電極体に接
続し、さらにこれらのPTC発熱素子、ホルダー
および電極体の一部を電気的に絶縁性で熱伝導率
の良好な被覆材により包囲してなることを特徴と
