抵抗発熱層該抵抗発熱層の長手方向両側縁部にフ
イーダー線を抵抗発熱層に密接させて設けた絶縁
ベースシートの上面に、内部絶縁シートを積層し
その上面周縁内及び上記絶縁ベースシートの下面
周縁内に、アルミ箔と外部絶縁シートとを積層し
て設け、全側端周縁を絶縁テープで被覆してなる
