密閉容器、3は電動機で、ドーナツ状の鉄板(図示せず
)を横方向に同一の中心軸4を有し、積み重ねられた積
層部5に、銅線(図示せず)に皮膜(図示せず)を施し
た電線6を巻キ付ケタステータ7と、前記ステータ内を
ステータ7の中心軸4上に回転中心を有し回転するロー
タ8とから成り、ロータ8の回転中心上の横方向にクラ
ンクシャフト9を介在して、ロータ8・色圧縮機構(図
示せず)を備えた機械部10とが連設されている。また
機械部10の一部の外周面IOAは、密閉容器2の内壁
2Aと内接し、複数の溶接箇所11により密閉容器2内

機が運転に入る。横型回転式圧縮の運転時、ステータの
電線は冷媒ガスとミヌト化した潤滑油という雰囲気中に
有るが電線部は混合液の内に浸っている。また運転中は
給油管の下端より混合液が流入し機械部の圧縮機構へ供
給される。また横型回転式圧縮機停止時においても電線

水分が横型回転式圧縮機運転中潤滑油が高温下にさらさ
れると化学反応を起し酸を生成する。また冷媒R22使
用時、R22を構成している水素基が起因して混合液を
酸化させ、混合液内に溜っている電線部は酸化した混合
液により侵蝕され電線の絶縁抵抗を低下させ、横型回転
式圧縮機の安全性を低下させると−う課題を有していた
