Claims (1)
- 入射した光を電気信号に変換する光電変換手段
と、該光電変換手段の出力を増幅する増幅手段と
、上記光電変換手段に入射する光を一定周期で遮
光する遮光手段と、遮光されているときの増幅手
段の出力に基づいて該出力がゼロとなるよう自動
調整する手段とを備えることを特徴とする光パワ
ーメーター。
