- 接着部が引出し部より突起し、その突起により
、接着部の裏側が凹状をなす、接続金属板を半導
体チツプの主表面の少なくとも一方に接着するよ
うにした樹脂封止型半導体装置において、接続金
属板の突起の立上り部に貫通孔を設けることを特
徴とする樹脂封止型半導体装置。
