Claims (1)
- 液体クロマトグラフ等の高圧送液ポンプの下流
に配設され該ポンプで送液される液体圧力の脈動
を防止する圧力緩衝器において、太管状部材が押
圧されて形成される偏平形中空部材と、該偏平形
中空部材の両端に一体的に設けられているテーパ
形の中空部材と、該テーパ形中空部材を介して前
記偏平形中空部材に一体的に設けられている細管
状部材とから構成され、該細管状部材から導入さ
れた液体が前記テーパ形中空部材及び偏平形中空
部材を通過して液体圧力の脈動が減少ないし消滅
させられることを特徴とする圧力緩衝器。
