Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) フイルタを介して薬品を薬品容器からユー
スポイントへポンプにより圧送する薬品供給装置
において、 (a) 前記薬品容器と前記フイルタとを結ぶ配
管途中にポンプの作動時のみ開となる弁を配設し
、 (b) 前記フイルタと前記ユースポイントとを
結ぶ配管の少なくとも１箇所以上を前記フイルタ
の高さより高くしたことを特徴とする薬品供給装
置。 (2) フイルタを介して薬品を薬品容器からユー
スポイントへポンプにより圧送する薬品供給装置
において、 (a) 上記薬品容器と上記フイルタとを結ぶ配
管途中に薬品容器からフイルタへの方向にのみ連
通する逆止弁を配設し、 (b) 前記ユースポイントの高さを前記薬品容
器内の薬品液面以上としたことを特徴とする薬品
供給装置。
