Claims (1)
- プロセスの流量を圧力差により検出する差圧検
出器、またはプロセスの圧力を検出する圧力検器
等の種々のプロセス検出器のプロセス流体と接す
る接液ダイアフラムにおいて、前記接液ダイアフ
ラムが検出器ボデイと固着接合される近傍に、接
液ダイアフラム自身に少なくとも１つ以上の屈曲
点を具備し、前記屈曲点以外を溶接接合にて検出
器ボデイに固着接合されていることを特徴とする
接液ダイアフラム。
