Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 油を充填したシリンダ内に小間隔をもつて遊嵌
され前記シリンダをピストン前室と後室に分ける
ピストンにピストンロツドが固定され、該ロツド
にばねにより突出力が付与され、前記ピストン前
室とピストン後室とを連通する油路にピストン後
室への油の流入を許す逆止弁が設けられ、前記ピ
ストン前室が前記シリンダと前記ピストンロツド
に各々端部を固定したダイヤフラムによつて密封
され、前記突出力により歯付ベルトに張力を加え
る歯付ベルト用テンシヨナにおいて、 前記ダイヤフラムが前記シリンダに固定された
端部から前記シリンダの内周面に向かう部分を有
しない断面形状であることを特徴とする、 歯付ベルト用テンシヨナ。
