Claims (1)
- 成形金型内に射出されたゲル状樹脂がランナー
部からゲート部を介してキヤビテイ部に充填され
る構造の樹脂モールド成形金型において、前記ゲ
ル状樹脂の充填直後にキヤビテイ部とランナー部
とをつなぐ該樹脂を切断し、キヤビテイ部とラン
ナー部とを分離せしめるゲートカツト板を前記ゲ
ート部に設けたことを特徴とする樹脂モールド成
形金型。
