Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) バーリング加工を行う装置に於いて、基台
上にポンチ作動用シリンダーを取り付ける座と該
座に取り付けられたポンチ作動用シリンダーと該
シリンダー内を摺動するピストンに連結されたポ
ンチ作動用シリンダーロツドと該ロツドの先端に
ポンチガイドを介してバーリングポンチを配設す
ると共に、該ポンチが直進可能となるように該ガ
イドが係合するポンチガイド押えをポンチガイド
押え取り付け座に取り付け、基台上に取り付けら
れた該ポンチガイド押え取り付け座には直接に又
はブラケツトを介してピンによつてダイクランプ
レバーを揺動自在に取り付け、該クランプレバー
のバーリングポンチに対向する位置にバーリング
ダイを配設し、該ピンに関して該バーリングダイ
と反対側の位置には該ダイクランプレバーを揺動
させるシリンダーロツドが連結されており、バー
リング加工を施すワークをワーク位置決め手段に
よつてワーク受け台に載置する際にはダイクラン
プレバーを退避位置に移動せしめて、バーリング
加工を行う際にはバーリングダイを加工位置に移
動せしめるように該シリンダーロツドを作動させ
る揺動シリンダーを備え、バーリングポンチの前
進動作がポンチガイドがポンチガイド押えに係合
しつつ行われるようにしたことを特徴とするバー
リング装置。 (2) ダイクランプレバーにはワーク押え部材が
一体に又は取り付けられて設けられていることを
特徴とする請求項(1)記載のバーリング装置。 (3) ワーク位置決め手段はワークに穿設された
ワーク位置決め用孔が係合するワーク位置決めピ
ンが基台に直接に又は基台上に設置されたピン座
