- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 調速指令信号に微少振動信号を重畳して出力す
る電気ガバナと、水口開閉用サーボモータへの圧
油の切換えを行う配圧弁の駆動ロツドに連結され
前記調速指令信号に追従して前記配圧弁を駆動す
るコンバータと、を備えた調速装置において、 前記駆動ロツドの微少振動を検出する微少振動
検出器と、 前記微少振動検出器の検出信号と電気ガバナ出
力信号とを比較して配圧弁の異常を判別する判別
器と、 を備えたことを特徴とする調速装置における配
圧弁の監視装置。
