Conventional black polished walls are coated with an intermediate coat on the rough wall and then painted with plaster mixed with wall ink, which not only requires a large amount of expensive wall ink, but also requires a large amount of expensive wall ink. Since it is used after aging for a long period of about 6 months to 2 years, the construction period is extended and the construction cost becomes extremely high.In addition, the wall ink plaster may rot while it ages, and the black polishing after construction is difficult. Cracks and peeling may occur in the walls, and it took many years of experience and skill to overcome the technical difficulties of construction.

This invention solves the above-mentioned problems in conventional black polished wall construction and develops a new wall ink.The purpose of this invention is to eliminate the need for long-term aging at all and to reduce the amount of wall ink used. There is a black polished wall construction method that requires less work.

The black polished wall construction method of this invention is as described above, and this method differs from the conventional black polished wall construction method because it forms a plaster wall and paints the wall ink just before drying the plaster wall. There is no need for long-term aging of plaster with wall ink, which can significantly shorten the construction period, and only a small amount of wall ink is required, so not only can installation costs be greatly reduced, but no special skill is required for installation. It has excellent effects such as

Water-soluble synthetic glues include polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, etc., as well as acrylic and vinyl acetate polymer compounds, but the viscosity of all of them increases as the degree of polymerization increases. A film with a low degree of polymerization is preferable because it forms a strong film and causes cracks, wrinkles, peeling, etc. on the wall surface.

These thickeners can be added to pigments either singly or as a composite thickener, but if too small a quantity, the dispersion of the pigment will be poor, the viscosity will drop, resulting in poor applicability, and poor adhesion to walls and gloss. On the other hand, if the amount is too high, the film formation is strengthened, causing cracks, wrinkles, etc. on the wall surface and causing peeling.

The resulting product has moderate viscosity and good adhesion to walls, can be applied without any other contaminants, and can be finished with a beautiful gloss by pressing with a trowel, unlike conventional products. It was possible to paint a black polished wall with unprecedented ease, and this wall ink could withstand long-term storage.
