As described above, various measures for preventing rebound loss and dust generation are known, but in all of them, the range of ejection and diffusion is inevitably narrowed. Therefore, it is effective for small local repairs, but for large repairs or spraying construction where the nozzle is sprayed while moving at a constant speed, the spraying width is narrow, so it is necessary to spray close together in an overlapping manner. This results in a large number of moves, which increases work time, reduces labor savings and reduces work efficiency, and creates striped unevenness on the construction surface, which increases the number of weighted parts and causes peeling. There were also problems with durability.

This invention smooths the construction surface, reduces the number of nozzle movements, saves labor and improves work efficiency, and also uses an auxiliary spray nozzle that can reduce the number of overlapping spray areas and improve durability. The purpose is to provide.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention arranges an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder concentrically around the jet nozzle, forms an air pocket between the two cylinders into which compressed air flows, and The cylinder is formed of an inner cylinder fitting part that fits with the outer surface of the spout of the spray nozzle, and an inner cylinder expansion part that is connected to the inner cylinder fitting part and gradually expands in diameter in the direction in which the spraying material is ejected, and An auxiliary blow nozzle is formed by opening an air ejection hole communicating with the air reservoir at a position 180° opposite to the expanded inner cylinder portion.

With this configuration, the inner cylinder fitting part 7a is fitted to the spout 5 of the spray nozzle 2, and the fixing bolt 12
By fixing the auxiliary spray nozzle 6 to the spray nozzle 2, the auxiliary spray nozzle 6 can be firmly connected to the spray nozzle 2. Moreover, the spraying material can be sprayed out in a diffused state by the inner cylinder expansion portion 7b.

Note that the number of such air jet holes 13 is not limited to one on each side as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to provide a plurality of nozzles as shown in the figure, and furthermore, as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to provide an elongated hole in the shape of the hole.

With such a configuration, the air jet holes 13
The compressed air blown out can form diffusion prevention air walls on both sides of the inner cylinder expanded portion 7b that prevent the spraying material from spreading, thereby causing the spraying material to spread as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. Thus, the spraying material A can be sprayed onto the sprayed surface 15 in an elongated oval shape in one direction.
Specifically, the major axis L can be made approximately 3 to 5 times the minor axis D.
