Description
本発明は新規な棒状口紅用組成物に係るもので
あり、ソフトで滑らかな使用感を有し、かつ唇へ
のフイツト感、持ちが良く、唇の荒れを防ぎ潤い
と艶を与える口紅用組成物を提供することを目的
とするものである。
一般に口紅は、固形及び半固形油分10〜40重量
%(以下%は全て重量%)、液状油分50〜90%、
着色剤1〜20%からなり、この処方範囲内で適宜
配合量を変えることにより目的の口紅を得るもの
である。たとえばソフトな感触の口紅を得ようと
する場合は、固形油分量を減らし、半固形油分、
液体油分量を多くすることになる。
ところで従来口紅に用いられてきた固形油分と
しては、カルナバワツクス、キヤンデリラワツク
ス、ビースワツクス等の動食物系ワツクス、固形
パラフイン、セレシン、ミクロクリスタリンワツ
クス等の炭化水素系ワツクスが知られており、ま
た半固形油分としてはワセリン、ラノリン等が、
液状油分としてはヒマシ油、オリーブ油、液状ラ
ノリン等の動植物系油分、流動パラフインに代表
される鉱物系油分、グリセリル−ジ−2−ヘプチ
ルウンデカノエート、トリメチロールプロパン−
トリ−2−ヘプチルウンデカノエート等の合成エ
ステル油分等が知られている。
これら従来用いられてきた油分を組合せて前述
のようにソフトな感触の口紅を得ようとすると単
純に固形油分を減らし、液状油分を増やすだけで
はできない種々の問題があつた。たとえば、ヒマ
シ油と各種ワツクスの組合せでは変臭、発汗等経
日安定性が悪くなり、流動パラフインと各種ワツ
クスの系では系全体の相溶性が悪く色縞を生じ易
くなつたり、唇へのあたりが硬くもろい感じでソ
フトで滑らかな感触とはなりにくかつた。また合
成エステル油と各種ワツクスとの系では一般に着
色剤、顔料とのなじみが悪く粉つぽい感触のもの
となつてしまう等である。また特定の系でソフト
なものが得られる場合があつてもさつぱりしすぎ
てフイツト感、もちに欠ける、唇のひだに入りこ
み輪郭がにじんで仕上り感が悪い。唇の荒れ防止
効果、リツチ感に欠ける等の欠点があつた。
本発明者らは上記従来技術の欠点を改良し、ソ
フトで滑らかな感触を有し、かつ唇へのフイツト
感、持ちが良く、唇の荒れを防ぎ潤いと艶を与
え、長期保存しても変臭、発汗等せず安定な口紅
を得るべく鋭意研究を重ねた結果、マカデミアナ
ツツ油を液状油分として使用する他成分との相溶
性も良くソフトな感触の口紅が得られることを見
い出し、さらにコレステリル−12−ヒドロキシス
テアレートを組み合せることにより唇へのフイツ
ト感に優れ、もちが良く、潤いと艶を与える等、
前述の目的が達成できることを見い出し本発明を
完成するに至つた。
すなわち本発明は、マカデミアナツツ油と、コ
レステリル−12−ヒドロキシステアレートとを配
合してなる口紅用組成物である。
次に本発明の構成について述べる。
マカデミアナツツ油はオーストラリア、ハワ
イ、アフリカ等で産するマカデミアナツツから圧
搾、溶媒抽出等の処理により得られる液状油であ
りその構成脂肪酸組成は、ミリスチン酸0.2〜1
%、パルミチン酸7〜10%、パルミトオレイン酸
20〜26.5%、ステアリン酸2.5〜3.8%、オレイン
酸54〜58%、リノール酸1.5〜2.8%、アラキジン
酸2〜3%、エイコセン酸2〜3%とからなり、
植物油としてはパルミトオレイン酸を特異的に多
く含んでいる酸化安定性に優れた低粘度油分であ
る。
本発明で配合されるマカデミアナツツ油は抽出
粗油でもよいが、常法により脱臭、脱色した精製
油が好ましく、またトコフエロール、BHT等の
酸化防止剤を0.002〜0.2%程度含有するものであ
つても良い。
本発明の実施にあたつて、マカデミアナツツ油
は組成物中10〜80%程度、好ましくは、25〜70%
程度配合される。10%以下では本発明の目的を達
成しにくく、80%以上では棒状口紅とはなりにく
い。
本発明に用いられるコレステリル−12−ヒドロ
キシステアレートは下記一般式で表わされるコレ
ステリンと12−ヒドロキシステアレートとのエス
テルで、モノ、ジ、トリ−12−ヒドロキシステア
〔式中nは1〜3の整数〕レートとのエステル混
合物として得られる。
本発明の実施にあたつては、エステル混合物の
まま配合して良く、あえて分離し単独配合する必
要はない。配合量は組成物中0.3〜15%程度であ
る。0.3%以下ではフイツト感、持ち等が劣り、
15%以上ではソフトで延びの良い口紅は得にく
く、べたついたものとなり、本発明の目的を達成
しにくくなる。
本発明の口紅用組成物には上記した必須成分の
他に、前述の固形油分、半固形油分、液状油分、
着色剤、保湿剤、香料、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収
剤、水等通常用いられる原料が、本発明の効果を
損わない範囲で配合できる。
次にマカデミアナツツ油とコレステリル−12−
ヒドロキシステアレートの調製例について説明す
る。%は重量%である。
調製例1 マカデミアナツツ油
マカデミアナツツを圧搾抽出して得た油を24時
間静置し、水分とオリをデカンターにより除去し
た後過し清澄な油を得る。この油を真空下105
℃に加熱活性白土1%を添加し5分間脱色処理
し、更に温度を190℃に上げ水蒸気脱臭を2時間
行い無色、無臭の精製マカデミアナツツ油を得
た。このものの構成脂肪酸中パルミトオレイン酸
含量は23.8%であつた。
調製例2 コレステリル−12−ヒドロキシステア
レート
コレステリンと12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸の
モル比が1:12になるよう調製した試料を常法に
より触媒存在下でエステル化反応させた後触媒除
去、活性白土処理、水蒸気脱臭処理し過して微
黄色ペースト状のコレステリル−12−ヒドロキシ
ステアレートを得た。
得られたものの成分定量値は、コレステリル−
モノ−12−ヒドロキシステアレート40〜45%、コ
レステリル−ジ−12−ヒドロキシステアレート20
〜25%、コレステリル−トリ−12−ヒドロキシス
テアレート10〜15%、コレステリン10〜15%、ポ
リ−12−ヒドロキシステアレート5〜10%であつ
た。
次に実施例をあげて本発明の効果について述べ
る。
表1に示す処方、配合量にて口紅を製造した。
表中のマカデミアナツツ油およびコレステリル−
12−ヒドロキシステアレートは夫々調製例1およ
び2で得られたものを使用した。表中の数字は重

As a result of extensive research in order to obtain a stable lipstick that does not cause odor or sweating, we discovered that macadamia nut oil can be used as a liquid oil to create a lipstick that has good compatibility with other ingredients and has a soft feel. By combining cholesteryl-12-hydroxystearate, it provides an excellent fit to the lips, lasts well, and provides moisture and shine.
The present invention has been completed by discovering that the above object can be achieved. That is, the present invention is a lipstick composition comprising macadamia nut oil and cholesteryl-12-hydroxystearate. Next, the configuration of the present invention will be described. 同様にして製造した。
(試験法)
使用性:専門パネル10名により官能評価を行つ
た。評価項目は、なめらかなのび、適度な
