Conventional technology and its problems In paper mills, paper cut to a predetermined size is stacked on a pallet in large numbers, and between these stacked papers, a fixed number of sheets, such as 100 sheets, 250 sheets, 500 sheets, or 1000 sheets, are cut. It is shipped with a ream marker tape inserted that allows it to be sorted. Then, when supplying this to paper wholesalers, etc., or when supplying it to printers and publishers,
If this is to be packaged as a unit between the ream marker tapes or further to be cut into smaller dimensions, it is fed to a guillotine cutter. At this time, an operator manually separates and supplies a predetermined number of sheets of paper stacked on the pallet one by one using a ream marker tape to an automatic packaging machine, guillotine cutter, or the like. For this reason, it is labor-intensive and inefficient to separate and supply a constant number of sheets from stacked papers.

Furthermore, since it is difficult to supply an accurate number of sheets, paper mills etc. insert this ream marker tape at a position where the number of sheets is stacked slightly more than the set number of sheets, to prevent paper shortages when feeding. This is a huge loss for paper wholesalers and paper wholesalers.

The gripper 6 has a sliding body 62 supported by a guide rod 61 arranged approximately horizontally on the main body frame F, and a support rod 63 is installed between the sliding bodies 62, 62 facing each other at the left and right inner ends of the main body frame. integrated and sliding along this support rod,
and is provided so that it can be fixed at any position,
The grippers 6 are usually arranged in pairs on both sides of the insertion head 4, and each gripper 6 is provided with a gripper body 64 that is slidably supported on a support rod 63, and a gripper body 64 that is mounted on the gripper body. The lower end of the gripper body is formed into a fork shape, and the fork portion 64a and a pressing plate 65a provided on the rod of the cylinder 65 are vertically opposed to each other, and are stacked together when the insertion head is inserted. A unit of paper edge separated by the required number of sheets from the paper section is held and transferred to an automatic packaging machine or cutter. At this time, in order to easily transfer the paper, an air blowing hole 64b is bored in the fork portion of the gripper body, and air is blown into the separated position of the stacked papers. The gripper 6 is moved forward by a chain 66 or cylinder arranged along the guide rod 61.
This is carried out using a moving device such as a screw rod, and in this embodiment, a part of the chain 66 is fixed to a sliding body, and the gripper 6 is moved forward and backward by selectively driving the chain in forward and reverse directions. be.

After the papers stacked on the pallet PT are placed on the lifting table 2, the lifting table is raised by driving the lifting device. (See Fig. 3, 1) The presence or absence of the ream marker tape is detected by the sensor C1 attached to the lower surface of the insertion head 4, which is stopped at the standby position, and the elevating device is stopped. (See FIG. 3, FIG. 2) Next, the lifting bellows 53 is moved forward by operating the cylinder 56, and is inserted into the position below the ream marker tape. Next, when the bellows frame is raised by operating the cylinder 54, the tip of the ream marker tape T inserted between the paper sheets (the part that protrudes from the stacked paper) is lifted by the lifting bellows and placed in the insertion head. It is adsorbed by the suction hole 4a. This is a suction pump (vacuum pump) for the suction hole 4a.
Since the tape is connected to the insertion head, the tape is attracted to the lower surface of the insertion head by the intake air. Thereafter, both cylinders 56 and 54 return to their original positions and stop. (Same state as in FIG. 3, FIG. 2) Next, the insertion bellows 5 protrudes along the upper surface of the ream marker tape adsorbed to the lower surface of the insertion head. (Refer to Fig. 3) This is because the bellows 5 is guided to the bellow guide 51 by operating the cylinder 52, and the tip of the bellows protrudes while slightly pressing the top surface of the tape, and in this state, the stacked papers are removed. inserted in between. (See FIG. 3 and 4) Next, the rotation of the motor M in FIG. 3 rotates the crank 44, and the insertion head is inserted between the insertion bellow and the ream marker tape as shown in FIG. 3. Here, the paper above the ream marker tape and the paper below the ream marker tape are accurately distinguished using the ream marker tape as a boundary. The crank stops at the lower fulcrum of the crank when the head is inserted.

Next, when the insertion head is inserted, the insertion bellows 5 retreats, passes through the paper, and stops at the original position. At the same time, the head frame equipped with the insertion head and bellows is rotated by the rotation of the cam drive motor M1 , and the cam C rotates, lifting the entire head frame part through the rack and pinion, and as shown in FIG. Lift up the top paper. Next, the gripper 6 is driven by the drive device to grip the guide rod 61.
Move forward along the fork part 6 of the gripper body.
If the gripper cylinder 4a hits the inserted paper while it is being lifted by the insertion head, the gripper cylinder will stop.
(See Fig. 3, 7) Then, motor M1 rotates again,
When this motor stops at the low point of the cam, Fig. 3-8
As shown in the figure, the insertion head uses the weight of the entire head frame to press down on the paper below so that it does not shift, and the gripper cylinder operates to grip the paper as much as it is lifted between the fork and the pressing plate. ,
While blowing out air from the tip of the fork section below the gripper, the gripper cylinder moves further toward the automatic packaging machine and feeds it into the other packaging machine, etc. (FIG. 3, 9) At this point, the insertion head remains as shown in FIG. 3, with the ream marker tape adsorbed. Next, the motor M provided in the head frame rotates, and the crank stops at the most retracted position l of the insertion head, that is, the top dead center of the crank.

The ream marker tape moves backward while being attracted to the insertion head until the crank stops at point L from point K in the forward position. When the crank stops at point L, the solenoid valve of the air circuit is switched through the vacuum hole of the insertion head ( (Air circuit omitted) Air is blown out and the ream marker tape is separated from the insertion head and falls into the gutter that is received below. The ream marker tape flows down the gutter and enters the ream marker tape receiving tray. During the process, a phototube detects that the ream marker tape has fallen and moves on to the next operation.

Next, upon receiving a signal that the ream marker tape has fallen, the insertion head rotates the motor M, causing the crank to stop at the standby position M point, and the lifting platform is raised by the drive of the lifting device, and the tape is placed on the underside of the insertion head. The ream marker tape detection sensor stops the lifting platform and one stroke ends. This operation is repeated in sequence to automatically feed each unit of paper.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, the paper can be accurately separated along the ream marker tape inserted into the stacked paper,
Moreover, since only the paper above the tape can be supplied to the next process, there is an advantage that paper feeding can be carried out automatically, accurately and quickly.
