持機構の縦断面図、第５図は第４図中のＢ―Ｂ矢
視図である。 １……斜板、１Ａ……背面部、２……支持部材
、２Ａ……凹面部、３……ローラベアリング、４
……ピン、５……保持ロツド、５Ａ……先端部、
６……支持枠、７……切欠、８……ガイド孔。
補正 昭６３．１１．１１ 考案の名称を次のように補正する。 考案の名称 斜板ポンプまたはモータの軸受
規制装置 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転するピストンに当接してピストンを伸縮駆
動する斜板の背面部を半円筒形に形成し、この背
面部の後方に相対して同形の凹面部を備えた支持
部材を設け、これらの背面部と凹面部との間に支
持枠に支持されたローラベアリングを挟持すると
ともに、斜板と支持部材とローラベアリングの支
持枠とのいずれか一つの部材に回転自由に結合し
、他の二つの部材にそれぞれ軸方向並びに回転方
向に変位可能に結合するローラベアリングの保持
ロツドを備えた斜板ポンプまたはモータの軸受規
制装置において、保持ロツドの一端を斜板の側面
にピン結合し、保持ロツドの中間部をローラベア
リングの支持枠に形成した切欠に緩く係合させる
とともに、保持ロツドのもう一端を球状または円
筒状に形成し、この端部を前記ピストンの回転軸
と略平行に支持部材に形成したガイド孔に挿入し
たことを特徴とする斜板ポンプまたはモータの軸
受規制装置。 図面の簡単な説明を次のように補正する。 明細書第９頁第３行目と、同第７行目から第８
行目にかけてとに「斜板支持機構」とあるのをそ
れぞれ「軸受規制装置」と補正する。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転するピストンに当接してピストンを伸縮駆
    動する斜板の背面部を半円筒形に形成し、この背
    面部の後方に相対して同形の凹面部を備えた支持
    部材を設け、これらの背面部と凹面部との間に支
    持枠に支持されたローラベアリングを挟持すると
    ともに、斜板と支持部材とローラベアリングの支
    持枠とのいずれか一つの部材に回転自由に結合し
    、他の二つの部材にそれぞれ軸方向並びに回転方
    向に変位可能に結合するローラベアリングの保持
    ロツドを備えた斜板の支持機構において、保持ロ
    ツドの一端を斜板の側面にピン結合し、保持ロツ
    ドの中間部をローラベアリングの支持枠に形成し
    た切欠に緩く係合させるとともに、保持ロツドの
    もう一端を球状に形成し、この球状部を前記ピス
    トンの回転軸と略平行に支持部材に形成したガイ
    ド孔に挿入したことを特徴とする斜板の支持機構
    。
