段表面処理を施すに際し、第一段階での吹きつけ
方式によるスプレーヘツダーと、第二段階での適
量の第二化成処理液を滴下した後に該処理液の付
着量を均一にする滴下ノズルを組み合わせたこと
を特徴とする金属管表面処理装置。 (2) 金属管表面にプラスチツク被覆を施す連続
