Claims (1)
- 少なくとも１対の第１のＰチヤネルＦＥＴ及び
ＮチヤネルＦＥＴを備え第１及び第２の電源供給
端を第１及び第２の電源供給端子にそれぞれ対応
して接続する第１のＣＭＯＳ型回路と、一端を前
記第１の電源供給端子と接続する第１の定電圧素
子と、一端を前記第２の電源供給端子と接続する
第２の定電圧素子と、少なくとも１対の第２のＰ
チヤネルＦＥＴ及びＮチヤネルＦＥＴを備え、入
力端を前記第１のＣＭＯＳ型回路の出力端と接続
しかつ第１及び第２の電源供給端を第１及び第２
の定電圧素子の他端とそれぞれ対応して接続する
第２のＣＭＯＳ型回路と、少なくとも１対の第３
のＰチヤネルＦＥＴ及びＮチヤネルＦＥＴを備え
、入力端を前記第２のＣＭＯＳ型回路の出力端を
接続しかつ第１及び第２の電源供給端を前記第１
及び第２の電源供給端子にそれぞれ対応して接続
する第３のＣＭＯＳ型回路とを有することを特徴
とするＣＭＯＳ型デイジタル回路。
