Claims (1)
- 気体供給システム内に設けられシステム内の気
体を一旦貯溜しておくためのバツフアタンクにお
いて、このバツフアタンクは気体の出入口を備え
た筒状本体と、この筒状本体内に本体内の気体圧
力に応じて往復動するように収納された圧力調整
体と、前記筒状本体の圧力が所定圧以上に上つた
ときにその圧力を逃がすための圧力逃し機構とを
有し、前記圧力調整体は可撓性のダイヤフラムを
介して筒状本体内壁と気密を保持していることを
特徴とするバツフアタンク。
