Claims (1)
- 弁本体内に封密摺動自在に嵌挿された弁体の先
端が弁座に着座することによつて系内の流体を閉
塞する安全弁において、上記弁体の背後に限界さ
れた室内に上記系内の流体とは別の圧縮ガスを圧
力調整装置によつて調圧した後供給したことを特
徴とする安全弁。
