Claims (1)
- 制御圧力が供給される圧力室と、この圧力室お
よび圧力調整しようとする圧力容器内間に設けら
れ、前記圧力室からの流体流入方向に開弁される
逆止弁を介して該圧力室に連通される補助圧力室
と、該補助圧力室と前記圧力容器との連通路中に
設けられる第１開閉弁と、前記補助圧力室に形成
される大気開放口に設けられる第２開閉弁と、前
記圧力室内の圧力を感知して作動し、該圧力室内
の供給圧力が所定圧力幅内では前記第１、第２開
閉弁を閉弁し、前記供給圧力が所定圧力幅より高
い場合は前記第１開閉弁のみを開弁し、かつ前記
供給圧力が所定圧力幅より低い場合は前記第１、
第２開閉弁を開弁する圧力感知手段とからなる調
整バルブを備えたことを特徴とする圧力調整装置
。
