Claims (1)
- 主軸前端に取付けられ、外周面にワーク把持部
を有するとともに開口端の内面にテーパ面を有す
るチヤツク本体と、前記主軸内に摺動自在に貫通
されるとともに前端にねじ部を有するドローバー
部材と、前記テーパ面と嵌合するテーパ面を外周
面に有し、軸心部に前記ドローバー部材のねじ部
に螺合するねじ部を貫通するとともに前端面に回
転調整部を形設したヘリ部材と、該ヘリ部材のね
じ部に前記前端面から螺合するためのねじ部材と
、を備え、ドローバー部材のねじ部に対してヘリ
部材の螺合位置を調整し、ドローバー部材の端部
にねじ部材を圧接してワーク把持部の径を固定す
るようにしたことを特徴とする旋盤のチヤツク機
構。
