Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 円形断面の嵌合穴が形成されたホルダ本体と、 互いに偏心した外周面と内周面とを有し、外周
面において前記ホルダ本体の嵌合穴に嵌合された
偏心スリーブと、 周面切削用の刃具を備え、円形断面のシヤンク
において前記偏心スリーブの内側に嵌合されると
ともに前記ホルダ本体に対する相対回転が阻止さ
れた切削工具とを備えた切削装置において、 前記切削工具に前記周面切削用刃具に加えて端
面切削用の刃具を取り付けるとともに、前記偏心
スリーブの外周面に雄ねじ部を形成し、その雄ね
じ部と螺合可能な雌ねじ部を前記ホルダ本体に設
け、かつ、偏心スリーブの偏心量と雄ねじ部のピ
ツチとを、偏心スリーブの回転に伴つて前記切削
工具が半径方向と軸方向とに予め定められた一定
の比率で移動する結果となる関係に決定したこと
を特徴とする微調整機構付切削装置。
