本発明は密閉型フレームを用いたスピーカの製造方法に

(従来技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題)スピーカ
のフレームは振動部の部品、[気固路その他の部品を取

樹脂成形品あるいはアルミや亜鉛等の鋳物やグイキャス
トで作られる。フレームは特にウーファの場合、背圧に
より、振動板があおられるのを防ぎ、キャビティーによ
り低域のQをコントロールするために密閉型のフレーム
が用いられる。しかし、密閉型のフレームを用いた場合
、通気性のない振動板を接着剤によってフレームに接着
すると接着剤のペーパーがフレームキャビティ内に充満
し、接着剤の硬化を甚だしく妨げる。したがって、接着
剤の硬化に時間を要すること、また接着性が不十分であ
るなどの問題があり、密閉型フレームを用いたスピーカ
にはフィルム等の気密性の高い振動板を使用することが

ルすることを特徴とする密閉型フレームスピーカの製造
方法を第1の要旨とし、通気孔として端子取付の鳩目穴
又はボイスコイル引出線用穴を利用した密閉型フレーム

ールすることにより、密閉型フレームを用い、かつ通気
性の無い振動板を用いたスピーカの製造において、振動
板を接着する接着剤の溶剤の揮発分をフレームキャビテ
ィ内から放出して接着剤の固化を短時間で行い得ること
を可能とした密閉型フレームスピーカの製造方法を提供
