DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a speaker that uses a sealed space as a mechanical filter, and in particular, when the sealed space is configured using a dust cap, the dust cap and diaphragm can be bonded even if a large input is applied. This prevents the parts from coming off.

In this way, a sealed space is formed in the area surrounded by the dust cap 3, a part of the diaphragm 2, the elastic body 4, the sub-diaphragm 5, a part of the bobbin 7, and the lid 6. It operates as a mechanical filter and can limit the playback band to a predetermined band. In other words, when the bobbin 7 moves slowly, the diaphragm 2 follows suit and vibrates slowly, but when the bobbin 7 moves quickly, the closed space cannot follow this movement and the diaphragm 2 hardly vibrates. . For this reason, only the bass sounds are reproduced, and a function substantially equivalent to that of a low-pass filter is obtained. Moreover, instead of using only the elastic body 4 as a mechanical filter, if a sealed space is constructed using the elastic body 4 as a part, the compliance of the closed space becomes independent of the fatigue of the elastic body 4, and therefore it can be used for a long period of time. Even if so-called "settling" occurs in the elastic body 4, the compliance of the closed space does not change at all, and as a result, an excellent effect is obtained in that the reproduction band does not change over time.

However, if the dust cap 3 is bonded directly to the diaphragm 2 as shown in Figure 1, when a large input is applied to the speaker, the sealed space will be compressed and a large force will be applied to the dust cap 3, resulting in the diaphragm 2
There is a problem that the bonded portion of the diaphragm 2 may peel off, or if the diaphragm 2 is made of laminated paper, the paper layers may peel off.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. In FIG. 2, parts having the same functions as those in FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and explanations thereof will be omitted. Reference numeral 14 denotes a coupler ring made of a lightweight, hard material such as resin, metal, paper, etc., and ribs 14a and 14b are formed at the center of the inner peripheral surface and at the lower end of the outer peripheral surface, respectively. Then, the inner circumference of the diaphragm 2 is connected to the rib 1.
The diaphragm 2 and the elastic body 4 are coupled via the coupler ring 14 by adhering the upper surface of the elastic body 4b to the outer circumference of the coupler ring 14, and adhering the outer circumference of the elastic body 4 to the upper surface of the rib 14a. In addition, the second coupler 15 is used to prevent rolling (rotation phenomenon).
When providing a second coupler 15, the outer periphery of the second coupler 15 is glued to the frame 9, and the inner periphery is attached to the coupler ring 1.
What is necessary is to sandwich and adhere between the upper surface of the rib 14b of No. 4 and the inner peripheral end of the diaphragm 2. Then, the outer periphery 3a of the dust cap 3 is bent into a cylindrical shape, and this portion is adhered to the outer periphery of the coupler ring 14.

With this configuration, the dust cap 3 and the diaphragm 2 are coupled via the coupler ring 14,
As a result, the strength becomes extremely large. That is, in general, the adhesive force is greater during shearing than during peeling. In the conventional configuration shown in FIG. 1, the peeling force mainly acts on the adhesive part between the diaphragm 2 and the dust cap 3, so the adhesive part tends to come off when a large input is applied.
When configured as shown in FIG. 2, only shear force acts on the bonded portion between the dust cap 3 and the coupler ring 14, so that the bonding strength is extremely high.

In addition, the dust cap 3 is generally made of a resin that is difficult to deform under pressure and has a high degree of sealing. However, when the coupler ring 14 is made of resin, the resins bond together, and this In other words, the adhesive strength can be increased.

In this way, the present invention is a speaker that uses a sealed space as a mechanical filter, in which the dust cap constituting the sealed space is coupled to the diaphragm via a coupler ring. Increase strength,
It is possible to reliably prevent the problem of the adhesive portion coming off when a large input is applied.
