Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce production cost and to improve a frequency characteristic by forming many punches at the peripheral part of a sheet base material consisting of a thermoplastic resin utilizing a center part thereof for a diaphragm and press molding the peripheral part under heating to obtain an edge. CONSTITUTION:The sheet base material 2 consisting of about 0.1-0.3mm. thermoplastic resin is prepared by forming many punches 1 uniformly and dispersively on the edge place E of a circular diaphragm part D. In addition, a ring-like thermoplastic thin film sheet 3 with 15-20mum thickness is prepared so as to coincide with the edge part E. The periphery of the base material 2 is clamped by a clamper 4 and the edge part E put on the sheet 3 is arranged on a lower metal mold 7. ジ材を貼り合わせたフリーエツジタイプのスピーカが一
般的である。しかしながら、このタイプのスピーカは、
振動板とエツジ材を貼り合わせる為に、接着剤の塗布、
接着、乾燥という煩雑な製造工程を必要とする為に、量
産性が劣り、コスト高を招く欠点があった。

金形(9)を降下せしめて、シート基材(2)のエツジ
箇所Eをエツジ形状に加熱加圧成形すると共に、この箇
所Eの薄膜シート(3)をシート基材に熱融着せしめる
。続いて、シート基材(2)ノ中央部上から、振動板形
状の凸部(10)を備えた第2の上金型(11)を降下
せしめて、シート基材(2)の振動板箇所りを振動板形
状に加熱加圧成形する。

。また、穿孔が配置されたエツジに薄膜シートを被着せ
しめたので、エツジの目止めを行なう事ができ、しかも
この薄膜シートに依ってエツジの共振現象を抑制する事
が可能となる。
