Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、スピーカの振動板に関するもので、
特に製造が簡単で特性的に優れたスピーカ振動板
を提供せんとするものである。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a speaker diaphragm.
In particular, it is an object of the present invention to provide a speaker diaphragm that is easy to manufacture and has excellent characteristics.
従来一般に、スピーカ振動板は紙製のものが多
用されている。この様な紙製のスピーカ振動板
は、永年にわたつて使用されているので特性的に
安定しており、製造技術も確立しているという利
点を有する反面、叩解された紙繊維を抄上げ成型
して製造する為、良質の振動板を作る為には、多
大の労力と経験を必要とするものであり、かつ格
別のエツジ部を取付けなければならなかつた。ま
た、製造を容易に行い得るという理由で、紙の代
わりに合成樹脂製のフイルムやシートを真空成型
することにより作成されたスピーカ振動板も従来
から提案されている。これは、第1図イ及びロに
示す如きものであり、合成樹脂製のシートもしく
はフイルムを真空成型することにより、半球状の
振動部1と該振動部1をドーナツ状に取巻くエツ
ジ部2を一体に成型したものである。この様な合
成樹脂製のスピーカ振動板は、容易に製造出来、
大量生産に適するものであるという利点を有する
反面、中心から外周に到る寸法及び曲率が均一で
ある為、全体が同一の共振を生じ、再生帯域の中
域部に大きなピーク及びデイツプが生じ特性的に
好ましいものでなかつた。その為、従来の合成樹
脂製のスピーカ振動板は、小口径でかつ帯域の限
られたもの、例えばツイータ用の振動板にしか利

It was not a desirable result. Therefore, conventional speaker diaphragms made of synthetic resin can only be used as diaphragms for small diameters and limited bands, such as tweeter diaphragms.
本考案は、上述の点に鑑み成されたもので、以
下実施例に基き図面を参照しながら説明する。第
2図は、本考案の一実施例を示すもので、円形で
半球状の中央振動部3、及び該中央振動部3と一
体であり、周縁が角形である補助振動部4から成
るスピーカ振動板5と、該スピーカ振動板5が取
付けられる角形のフレーム6とが示されている。
第3図は、第2図に示されるスピーカ振動板5の
形状をより明確に示すとともに、スピーカに組込
む場合の一例を示す為の断面図で、振動板5は、
半球状の中央振動部3と、断面が円弧状で周縁が
フレーム6に取付固定された補助振動部4とを備
え、前記中央振動部3と前記補助振動部4との交
わる部分の裏側に、ボイスコイル7が巻回された
ボビン8が連結されている。その為、磁気回路9
の作用によつてボイスコイル7が駆動され、振動

熱が吸収されて冷却され所定の形状となる。そし
て所定の形状を有するスピーカ振動板にフレーム
とボビンを連結し、磁気回路の所定位置にボイス

とことが出来、全体としフラツトな周波数特性が

板の占める割合を大とすることが出来る。その
為、大口径の円形振動板を用いた場合と等価にな
り、低域の再生範囲の拡大を計ることが出来ると
