Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce manufacture process and number of components by adopting the multi-color forming method so as to apply injection molding to a diaphragm shell, a diaphragm edge and a diaphragm edge outer circumference stator. CONSTITUTION:A cone shaped diaphragm 1 is made up of a diaphragm shell 1a and a diaphragm edge 1b at its outer circumference. Moreover, a packing 1d incorporated with a speaker gasket 1c is provided to a rear of a frame 2 to which the diaphragm 1 is fitted via the speaker gasket 1c and part of the packing 1d is provided in a slot 2b of a frame flange part 2a. The diaphragm shell 1a, the diaphragm edge 1b at its outer circumference and the diaphragm edge outer circumference stator are formed integrally with injection forming with the multi-color forming method. Thus, no adhesion process is required, number of components is reduced and the cost is reduced.

な多色成形法が選択されることは勿論である。

とができ、従前におけるこれらの接着不良等の問題をほ
ぼ完全になくすことができる。
