1 is a clock gear rotating in the direction of arrow 2. 3 is a cam shaped like a snail that rotates together with gear 1. 4 is the moving contact piece of the contact, 5
is a static contact piece, and 6 is a convex point. The movable contact piece 4 is assembled in a resilient state in the direction of the cam 3. Cam 3 is arrow 2
When the movable contact piece 4 rotates a little in the direction of , and a preset alarm time or release time arrives, the end 7 of the movable contact piece 4 falls from the cam end 8 and moves toward the bottom 8'. During this time, the convex point 6 hits the static contact piece 5, and the contact turns into a quick ON (meaning operation) and starts emitting sound. If the sound emission is turned off (meaning non-operation) after a certain period of time, for example 30 seconds, by a separate circuit (not shown), the sound emission will stop regardless of the rotation of the cam. However, even if the sound emission stops, the convex point 6 of the movable contact piece 4 continues to be in contact with the static contact piece 5, so only the sound generator remains in the OFF state with the ON signal flowing through the sound emitting circuit. There is. By the way, in the case of the contact mechanism as shown in Fig. 1, the elastic force of the movable contact piece 4 is strong immediately after the completion of sound emission at the set time, so the convex point 6 and the static contact piece 5 are completely turned on with sufficient contact pressure. It has become a state. Further, when the cam rotates sufficiently and the movable contact piece 4 is completely pushed up by the cam 3, the convex piece 6 and the static contact piece 5 are sufficiently separated, resulting in a complete OFF state. However, in the change area 9 in FIG.
There are places where the contact pressure between the static contact piece 5 is close to zero, or where the two are in an unstable state where they are separated by only a very small distance for a period of several minutes to several tens of minutes. During a period of such an unstable state, chattering is likely to occur, and in particular, since modern watches operate intermittently due to step movement, the temporary OFF state lasts for half a step to one step. If an ON signal is input after the sound emitting circuit has been turned off in this way, the sound generator will start sounding again at that point, and there is a possibility that the sound will be emitted at a time completely unrelated to the set time.

When a cam is used, after turning on with a quick click, when turning off with a gentle cam slope, the elastic force of the movable contact piece 4 is strong at first, so contact between the contacts is ensured, but As the elastic force becomes weaker, chattering occurs with a fairly long period corresponding to the step interval as described above. According to the above configuration, the detection circuit switches from OFF to ON due to chattering during the period when the contact is in an unstable state.
Even if a signal flows and a short-time OFF state occurs, that time is masked by the ON signal of the timer circuit, and the gate circuit continues to generate an ON signal without fail.

FIG. 2 is a circuit diagram according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a time chart according to FIG. 2. 10 is a contact, 11
12 is a detection circuit, 12 is a timer circuit, 13 is an OR gate, 14 is a sound alarm circuit, and 15 is a sound generator. The timer circuit 12 was set to operate for 2 seconds after receiving the OFF signal from the detection circuit 11. As mentioned above, this 2 seconds is because the period of chattering is about 0.5 to 1 second when the hand moves every second, for example.
This is to eliminate the chattering even if chattering occurs multiple times within 2 seconds and prevent the sound emitting circuit 14 from ringing again, and there has been an OFF period of at least 2 seconds after the timer circuit 12 receives the OFF signal. Only in this case, the OR gate 13 becomes a "0" signal due to the "0" signal from the detection circuit 11 and the timer circuit 12, causing the sound emitting circuit 14 to stop sounding.
Reference numeral 16 is a sequence circuit that controls a sequence in which the number of hours changes sequentially as if striking the hour, or a melody changes sequentially each time a tone is sounded, and this also avoids malfunctions due to chattering in the change area 9.
In FIG. 3, 11' indicates a time chart of the outputs of the detection circuit 11, 12' indicates the timer circuit 12, and 13' indicates the outputs of the OR gate 13. T means that it works in synchronization with the falling edge of 11', that is, the OFF signal.
In the example, the timer time is 2 seconds, and the rising signal is generated by chattering during this time.
Turn ON signal 17 insensitive to prevent re-ringing. That is, since the movable contact piece 4 and the static contact piece 5 are in contact, the contact 10 maintains the ON state, and the contact 11' becomes "1".
After entering change area 9 with the signal intact, chattering occurs due to the step drive of the step motor, and when 11' temporarily changes from "1" to "0", that is, a falling signal is generated, this falling signal is detected by the timer. The circuit 12 receives this and generates a "1" signal for T seconds at 12'. As a result, the OR gate 13 continues to generate the "1" signal, and even if a re-ringing condition occurs due to the rising signal 17 of the signal 11', this is made insensitive. For example, when chattering occurs twice within T seconds, as in the next signal of 11', the timer circuit 12 becomes "1" in synchronization with the falling signal of the first chattering, and the next rising signal 1
7 is made insensitive, and the timer circuit also operates for T seconds from the time of the falling signal of the second chattering (therefore, at 12', the state is "1" for more than T seconds as shown in 18). 13' maintains the "1" state to prevent re-ringing from falling to rising. This shows that there is a function to continuously apply a timer mask even if the unstable change area 9 lasts for several seconds.

Next, the falling signal 19 of the detection circuit 11 is generated, and if the detection circuit 11 is OFF even at the end of T seconds of the timer generated in synchronization with 19, a "0" signal is output from the OR gate 13, and for the first time. 1
This state continues after the falling signal 20 occurs at 3'. Thereafter, as the end 7 falls from the cam end 8 to the bottom 8', the rising edge 22 is performed in synchronization with the rising edge 21 of the detection circuit 11, as in the initial state, and the alarm circuit 14 is activated. . The required timer circuit 12 is designed to maintain the previous state until the contact is completely turned off even when entering the above-mentioned change range 9, thereby avoiding an unstable re-ringing state. Returning to Figure 1, 4, 5, and 6 constitute the contacts.
If the user can adjust the rotation from the outside, it becomes a normal indicator mechanism, and the scope of the alarm clock according to the present invention includes hourly alarm clocks and alarm clocks. Although the contacts in this example are of a type that is opened and closed by a cam 3 connected to a gear, it is also possible to use a type of contact that does not have a cam and slides in conjunction with the gear of a clock. The timer period of 2 seconds is a value determined by the type of motor, as it corresponds to the second step movement. In addition, the step drive of the motor as used in this invention does not refer only to 1-second movement or 5-second movement, but also to movement of the hand that looks like a sweep but moves in a step-like manner as a motor, for example, 1/16 second movement. This also includes the following.

As for the period of the timer, it is desirable that the lower limit is at least longer than the step interval of the motor, and the upper limit may be longer, but as long as it is a time that can ensure that the contacts are separated by the cam. good.

As is clear from the above explanation, in the present invention, a timer circuit is provided that operates in synchronization with the OFF signal of the detection circuit, and if at least one of the detection circuit and the timer circuit is an ON signal, the alarm circuit is always activated. Since the ON signal is input, even if a noise signal occurs due to chattering at the cam contact, this is masked, making it possible to provide a pointer-type alarm clock that does not cause malfunctions such as re-ringing.
This has had a significant effect on improving quality.
