They are assembled in several stages and fixed by appropriate means, and a common hopper 21 is attached to the suction port of each unit, a blower 22 is arranged at the inlet of the hopper, and a discharge path of the dust collection groove 12 at the rear end of each unit is installed. 13 with a common dust collection box 23 attached thereto.

It flows through the tube network of the spark pole 9. During this time, the dust is charged and attracted to the cylinder screen surface, and is discharged into the space 11 by the airflow moving in the centrifugal direction from inside the cylinder.

単体外部に排出される。 If the mesh of the tube mesh is organized in two stages, such as coarse mesh 9a in the front stage and dense mesh 9b in the rear stage, or three stages of coarse, medium, and dense mesh, as shown in the figure, the centrifugal force will be generated in the coarse mesh part where the amount of charge is small. The large-diameter particles, which receive a large amount of electricity, are first attracted to the mesh surface and then discharged to the outside, while the small-diameter particles float inside the cylinder and migrate to the rear, where they are attracted to the dense mesh with a large amount of electrical charge. The ultrafine particles that are discharged to the outside but remain on the mesh surface gather in a certain amount and then peel off from the mesh surface and are sent to the rear of the cylinder along with the airflow progressing inside the cylinder, where they are further collected in the rotating flow generator 6 on the exhaust port side. The turning force is applied and the dust released into the space 11 is released into the annular dust collection groove 12, and is discharged to the outside of the unit through the discharge passage 13.

Not only is subsequent disposal extremely easy, but each unit 1 is small, so it is possible to transport as many units as possible on trucks with various loading capacities.
At the site, it is possible to assemble the required number in a manner according to the purpose depending on the situation, and this allows the installation space to be narrow, which was previously considered difficult, and requires large-capacity dust treatment. It has the advantage that it can be applied to construction sites inside tunnels where there is no place to dispose of dust.
