The airflow that has entered each unit turns into a rotating airflow in the rotational flow generating section, and first, large particles of dust are separated and discharged into the sulin l-g space by centrifugal force in the separation cylinder. Airflow containing dust flows through the dust collection section. In between, the dust is charged and attracted to the assembly surface, and the airflow moving in the centrifugal direction from inside the A cylinder creates a space.

If the mesh of the section is organized as shown in the figure, the first stage is coarse, and the second stage is a) coarse, and the latter stage is two-stage, or coarse, and the second stage is three-stage, dense. Large-diameter particles that are subjected to a large force are first attracted to the mesh surface and then ejected to the outside.X/
The J diameter particles float inside the cylinder and migrate to the rear, where they are attracted to the highly charged dense mesh. Some of them are released outside the mesh, but a certain amount of ultrafine particles remaining on the mesh surface collects. After that, it is peeled off from the screen surface and sent to the rear of the cylinder along with the airflow advancing inside the cylinder, and a swirling force is further applied at the rotating flow generating part B on the exhaust port side, forming an annular shape together with the dust released into the space. The dust collector of the present invention aggregates the dust in the airflow sucked into the machine and collects it in the common dust collection box 23, so the subsequent disposal etc. Not only is it extremely easy to use, but since each unit is 1" type, it is possible to transport the number of units that can be loaded on trucks with various loading capacities.) At the site, only the required number can be transported according to the situation, depending on the purpose. 1 This makes it possible to apply it to construction sites in tunnels, where the installation space is narrow and requires a large amount of dust treatment, and there is no place to dispose of the collected dust, which was previously considered difficult. effective.
