雪、または地面の形状によつてはスクレーパが雪
面を充分に掻き起こすことが出来ず、翼板で充分
に雪を掻き込むことが出来ず、したがつて除雪体
を円滑に雪中を押し進めることが出来なくなるな
ど、除雪作業に支障を生じていた。
