積雪地域において、特に春近くにもなると地盤の表層部は凍結状態となる。この氷状の雪面の時、オーガハウジングの底面部を形成するスクレーパが破砕しながら進行するが、氷状の層が硬かったり、厚い時は上下に揺動させて走行する。又、ハウジングの底面スクレーパを上下揺動させて凍結板を破砕するものとして実開平3−72930号が知られる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記したオーガハウジングの底面スクレーパを上下揺動させる構成では、凍結板が厚くなると破砕効果が小さくなると同時に、自走機が走行する際、スクレーパの反力で断続振動が発生して、走行不可になる問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した問題を解決するために、自走機体の前部に付設したオーガケースに積雪を削取して排雪部に掻き込むオーガを回転駆動自在に設けた除雪機において、前記オーガの前方に氷状雪面を砕くための円筒軸状で外周面に放射状に無数の爪を装備した破砕ロータを位置させ、該破砕ロータは上下に回動可能で、下方に位置させて氷状雪面を破砕可能であるとともに、上部に位置させて回転させることで2段オーガとして使用可能であることを特徴とした除雪機の氷状雪面破砕装置を提供したものである。

【作用】
本発明の積雪を削取する前方下部に設けた破砕ロータは路面表部の氷状雪面を強制的に粉砕してオーガへ供給するもので、オーガハウジングのスクレーパ部が表面に引掛かることがなくスムーズに連続して除雪作業が可能になった。
又、路面に氷状雪面がない新雪の場合は、破砕ロータを上方に回動して折り畳み固着する。雪層が厚い場合は、2段オーガロータとして駆動させ使用させてもよい。

図1は本発明を実施した側面図で、要部を断面で示したものである。図2は要部の正面図である。1はエンジンでメーンフレーム4の上部に載置し、3はクローラを示し、メーンフレーム4の両側部に配設される。2はハンドルでメーンフレーム4の後方に斜設する。
