【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は、ダイカスト機等に使用される金型に
おける主型と入子型の型合わせ構造の改良に関す

(従来技術)
従来、此種主型A′と入子型B′との型合わせ構
造は、第3図、第4図に図示した様に、主型
A′はその中央に正面四角形状で周囲4面に型合
わせ面2″を有する型合わせ凹部1′を形成し、入
子型B′は主型A′の型合わせ凹部1′の型合わせ面
2″,4面と型合せ初期から型合わせ終了まで常
時隙間なく当接する型合わせ面5″を周囲4面に
備えた四角ブロツク形状に形成して型合わせを行
なつていた。そのために主型A′の型合わせ凹部
1′と入る型B′との型合わせ作業が大変面倒で手

接状態にしなければならない。従つて上述した従
来の型合わせ構造は特に初期の型合わせが大変面
倒で、同時に型抜きも同様に面倒で且つ手間が掛

持たせ、型合わせ終了後においては周囲4面全て
の型合わせ面同志が密接状態でもつて合致する様
に構成したので、型合わせ精度は勿論、型合わせ
及び型抜き、それらの作業を簡単且つ容易に行な
うことができると共に、その作業時間の短縮化と
