Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 油圧発生手段と、油圧の調圧手段と、固定
及び可動プーリ板から成りベルト巻掛け径を調整
し得る駆動及び従動プーリ機構の少なくとも一方
に可動プーリ板と一体回転自在に設けられ上記調
圧手段から制御された油圧を供給され可動プーリ
板を移動することにより上記ベルト巻掛け径を調
整する油圧シリンダとを有するベルト式無段変速
装置において、上記油圧シリンダは、可動プーリ
板を固定プーリ板に向つて押圧する第１シリンダ
室及び該第１シリンダ室に対し軸方向において仕
切壁で距てられ第１シリンダ室と反対方向に作用
し第１シリンダ室中の油圧の遠心力成分を相殺す
る第２シリンダ室を有し、上記仕切壁に小径の連
通孔が設けられ、該連通孔の第１シリンダ室側直
前に粉塵ろ過用スクリーンが設けられ、連通孔を
囲むスクリーン外周縁部に上記スクリーンの網目
を充填するように変形自在の軟質シール部材を介
装して、上記スクリーンを仕切壁に対して固着し
たことを特徴とするベルト式無段変速装置。 (2) 前記仕切壁に設けられた開口に油密に嵌着
されるプラグ状部材に、前記連通孔と、連通孔よ
り大径のスクリーン収容孔と、スクリーン収容孔
の端部に径方向外方へ延在するスクリーン取付凹
部と、スクリーン取付凹部の上流側を閉じる舌部
とを順次設け、スクリーン収容孔に粉塵ろ過用ス
クリーンの本体部を収容しスクリーンの外周縁部
をスクリーン取付凹部に載置し、スクリーンの外
周縁部とスクリーン取付凹部の壁面との間に前記
軟質シール部材を介装し舌部のカシメ加工により
スクリーンの外周縁部をスクリーン取付凹部に密
封固着したことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のベ
ルト式無段変速装置。
