  1. 容器体口頚部嵌合用の第一周壁２上端に頂板３
    を形成すると共に、該頂板周縁に外向きフランジ
    ４を形成し、更に、頂板３中央部に注出孔５を穿
    設した液体注出キヤツプ１と、上記注出孔５を頂
    壁７で閉塞させると共に、該頂壁周縁から垂設し
    た第二周壁８後部を上記外向きフランジ４の後部
    に連結した蓋体６とからなり、上記外向きフラン
    ジ４周縁後部と第二周壁８後部とを、適宜間隙を
    おいて左右一対をなす第一ヒンジ１０，１０で連
    結し、該ヒンジ間から第一周壁２の上端後部に至
    る外向きフランジ部分を切欠き、該切欠き部１１
    前縁から第二ヒンジ１２を介してＬ字状の弾性帯
    状板１３を延出して、該弾性帯状板の先端を第一
    ヒンジ１０，１０間上方の第二周壁８後面に第三
    ヒンジ１４を介して連結したことを特徴とする合
    成樹脂製キヤツプ。
