Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. きのこの培養菌Ａを貯留でき且つ底部に菌取出
    口１３を有する菌ホツパー１と、前記菌取出口１
    ３に連設されていて前記菌ホツパー１内の培養菌
    Ａを植付１回分づつ収容でき且つ左右両端が開放
    された筒状であつてその一端開放側を菌吐出口２
    １とした菌定量収容室２と、前記菌ホツパー１内
    の培養菌Ａを一定量だけ前記菌定量収容室２内に
    充填するための菌充填装置３と、ほだ木Ｂの移植
    孔Ｃ内に一定量の培養菌Ａａを植付けた後に移植
    孔Ｃの入口を塞ぐための蓋材１０を多数整列させ
    た状態で保持し得る筒状の蓋材保持部材４と、前
    記蓋材保持部材４の出口４ａから蓋材１０を順次
    １個づつ前記菌定量収容室２における菌吐出口２
    １とは反対側端部に設けられた蓋材待機部５９に
    供給するための蓋材供給装置５と、コンプレツサ
    ー７２から切換弁７３を介して供給される加圧空
    気によつて往復作動されるエアシリンダ７１と該
    エアシリンダ７１の往復動作に連動して進退する
    プツシユロツド６１を有し、該プツシユロツド６
    １の後退動作時に前記菌充填装置３をして前記菌
    ホツパー１内の培養菌Ａを一定量だけ前記菌定量
    収容室２内に充填せしめ且つ前記蓋材供給装置５
    をして前記蓋材待機部５９へ蓋材保持部材４の出
    口４ａから１個の蓋材１０を供給せしめる如く操
    作しさらに前進動作時に前記菌定量収容室２内に
    収容されている一定量の培養菌Ａａと前記蓋材待
    機部５９に供給されている１個の蓋材１０とを該
    一定量の培養菌Ａａが先で蓋材１０が後続する如
    くして同時に前記菌吐出口２１から外部へ押し出
    すことができるようにした操作装置６とを備えて
    いるとともに、前記切換弁７３の排気口７５と前
    記蓋材保持部材４の入口４ｂとを接続管８０で連
    結して、該切換弁７３の排気口７５から排出され
    る加圧空気により前記蓋材保持部材４内の前記蓋
    材１０を前記蓋材保持部材出口４ａ側に押圧し得
    るように構成されていることを特徴とする植菌機
    。
