Claims (1)
- 電力変換のための半導体素子と前記半導体素子
を動作させるための回路部品と平滑用コンデンサ
と冷却フアンとを箱体に配設してなる半導体電力
変換装置において前記平滑用コンデンサおよび冷
却フアンを取付板に取付け、かつこの取付板を外
部から前記箱体に取付けてなり、この箱体の外部
から着脱可能にしたことを特徴とする半導体電力
変換装置。
